The interaction of things resulting in the overall effect that is greater than the sum of individual effects of any of them
Supplement
Synergism occurs when different entities working together and enhance the effect to an extent that cannot be produced singly. Synergism is used pharmacologically to enhance the efficacy of a set of drugs.
